Love that line. One thing's for sure running is easier than writing, especially this first blog. Three days to go for my very first half marathon and I am all charged up. I've been running for quite some time now. Practising which includes long runs in the woods every weekend from Borivali national park gate to Kaneri caves(Mumbai, INDIA) and back, sweet 14kms. At times running in the rain all drenched.

What started off as a simple challenge by fellow gym members has turned into my passion. Long distance running. The hyderabad marathon on the 30th of august 2009 will be my first attempt at a halfmarathon , 21 kms and they stIll call that HALF!!!. Want everyone to know about my experiences, unedited ,  highs and lows ,  victories and failours, lessons learnt and the people I meet along the way.

Running is such a male dominated activity. With this blog I wish to motivate females to get out and start running and let the world know we can go the distance!!! be healthy, live strong and love well.

Regards,
Gen
